Former prime minister Mian Nawaz Sharif has said that the murderer of Baloch nationalist leader Nawab Akbar Bugti should be tried whether or not he is in the country.
Speaking to newsmen today in Quetta, he said that Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti always abided by the Constitution of Pakistan and the killing of such person on the basis of personal enmity was unjust.
He was of the view that apologizing alone to the people of Balochistan was not ample and that their wounds should be healed.
Those who are making a lot of fuss about the friendly opposition should first evaluate our stance about the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO), he remarked.
The PML-N leader reiterated that struggle against the repeal of 17th Amendments would continue.
