Total Quality Certification Services International (TQCSI) involved in Spam Emails

Total Quality Certification Services International a so called organization from Pakistan is found to be involved in sending spam emails business. We have received complaints from different Internet users that this so calledorganization is sending spam emails to mass mailing lists without any ethical limits. It is surprising that an organization which claims to be involved with Quality Certification Services does not apply any quality control to its own mailing lists and keep on sending emails to to users who have never subscribed any of their mailing lists.
